Progress Highlights, Important Dates, and Family Information

Our Synergy SIS Migration Project is moving along! Since the last update we have made significant progress on both Data Validation and System Setup.

Key Progress Highlights:

• Official signoff on report cards

• Continued training, district material and planning underway

• Setup parent access to district and state assessments

• ParentVUE and StudentVUE configurations

• Discussions planning on course history, CTE, transcripts and graduation requirements in Synergy

Important Dates:

• July 3rd – 2024-25 School Year closes for Qmlativ

• July 7th – Qmlativ system goes to Read-Only for all users (Student Information Side only)

• July 8th – Database snapshot and data import to Synergy SIS

What Families Need to Know:

Looking ahead, our team will be rolling out a variety of resources to support families in the onboarding process for:

• Synergy ParentVUE and StudentVUE – the portals for our parents and students to stay engaged with their learning

• MySchoolBucks – Riverview's new payment portal for all student transactions, replacing eFunds
